MCC2 Open Seminar – Participants
MCC² Open Seminar is designed for a group of managers coming from different companies to learn and experience Change Management in theory and praxis: Looking for solutions to develop their individual Change Projects which are supervised and escorted by the coaches.
MCC² Open Seminar is designed for every manager who is responsible for Corporate Change, handle Business Transformation Processes or is involved in a Change Process according to his field of responsibility.
Handling a Change Project is a requirement to sign up for the Open Seminar and it is part of the personal learning for each participant. Additionally everyone will benefit from the variety of cases within the seminar.
MCC² Open Seminar builds-up and enhances the competences as Change Manager. Participants will experience and recognise the complexity and multi-dimensionality of Transformation Processes and learn from each other.
